Hello Amazing Fellow Educators! I´m Danicka. I graduated with a teaching specialization in French as an Additional Language from the University of Toronto in June 2022. I am currently an IB French Teacher for the Middle Years and Diploma Programs. I bring extensive experience in teaching French to diverse learners. My resources aim to make students´ learning of the French and Spanish languages authentic and fun, emphasizing the essential skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

They will practice their oral comprehension and speaking skills through interactive activities involving videos and role plays. As an extension activity, students can describe a favourite recipe of theirs. Rubrics included for both activities. (Please note: The rubrics have been made to follow the four criteria elements in the Ontario French Curriculum.) They can be adjusted based on your school´s curriculum and as you see fit.
